With no preconceived assumptions, Quin approaches each challenge with an open mind and a willingness to adapt. He’s sharp with technology, fast on the uptake, and has the time and drive to serve farmers. Backed by trusted mentors and equipped with modern tools, Quin is well-positioned to support the next generation of agronomy needs.

Paige Ricke

Agronomist

As the newest member of the division, Paige brings a rare combination of energy, curiosity, and precision to the field. She approaches every challenge with focus and creativity, quickly turning observations into actionable solutions for growers. Backed by the guidance of experienced mentors but unafraid to forge her own path, Paige blends modern agronomic tools with hands-on expertise. Her drive, insight, and commitment to results make her a formidable addition to a team of seasoned professionals.

Continuing the legacy, John’s daughter Katelyn is also an Agronomist with Crop Quest, serving growers in southwest Kansas.

Carl & John started their crop consulting careers on the same day, over three decades ago. Few teams can match the steady hands and insight that these Agronomists bring to the table. Their long-standing presence in the area has earned them trust from generation after generation of farmers.
