Data Pooling Services

iNQUIRETM is a comprehensive crop production data pooling service established and maintained by Crop Quest's certified SST Information Lab, in Dodge City, Kansas.

Data is collected by Crop Quest's team of professional agronomists using SST Summit/StratusTM software. With trained agronomists entering data into SST Summit/StratusTM software, efficiency is increased and common data collection errors are eliminated.

Data integrity, anonymity and confidentiality are maintained through a secure server, which houses the pooled data. Agronomists and producers have access to data pools through iNQUIRETM.

Subscribers to iNQUIRETM also have full access to FarmRiteTM software, which enables users to compile the combination of data collected with SST Summit/StratusTM and conventional precision ag data layers into numerous forms of information products (see example).

With FarmRiteTM software, users have the ability to query limitless production scenarios. In addition, because of the program's magnitude of detail, FarmRiteTM offers growers the opportunity to analyze production variables specific to their own operations.

Record keeping is also simplified by the ability to view and print any number of graphs and charts at the user's discretion. Additionally, the Information Lab provides a digital backup of all the data.

iNQUIRETM features two levels of data pooling:

Regional: Regional crop management data is anonymously pooled into large databases. This level takes full advantage of combining information over a large geographic area. Information gained from a regional pool is used as a guideline for making crop input decisions.

At the regional pooling level, participants may choose the Market Option. This option adds additional value to a producer's anonymous dataset by allowing Crop Quest Information Lab to market anonymously pooled data products to industry and to compensate pool participants.

Farm: Information will not be pooled, but will be grouped together across a single farm for analysis.
